Quality Controller


JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibility:

  • Conduct final inspections at supplier factories following the TFG protocal. 
  • May be required to conduct pre-production and in-line inspections at supplier factories when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and buyer specifications.
  • Identify, document, and report defects, deviations, and quality risks.
  • Monitor production processes and offer actionable quality feedback to factories.
  • Coordinate with QA teams and vendors for corrective actions.
  • Maintain inspection reports, measurement specs, and visual standards.
  • Travel regularly to production sites for audits and quality checks.

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in quality control in the apparel or textile industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of garment construction, quality standards (AQL), and fabric behaviour.
  • Strong reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple factory visits.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
