JOB DESCRIPTION
The Specialist Residential & Channel Expansion Lead is accountable for
expanding MTN’s presence in the residential market and driving
customer acquisition via choice income channels in the Region.
- This position focuses on figuring out and managing companions in the Regions,
executing income strategies, and coordinating with the central Channel
Expansion crew to optimize companion onboarding and performance. - The role ensures non-stop transport on acquisition goals and
supports the “owning the home” approach thru field-based market
research and execution. - While presently centered on postpaid, the position is located to support

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tactical Input & Strategic Execution
- Provide tactical enter to assist the “owning the home” method and channel enlargement initiatives.
- Identify and analyze residential market opportunities, feeding insights lower back to the central Channel Expansion team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Minimum of applicable 3-year Degree /
Diploma or related
Experience:
At least three years’ journey in sales, associate management, or telecommunications.
Experience in channel expansion, account management, or patron acquisition.
Demonstrated success in managing exterior companions and executing market pushed strategies.
